"Hi my name is Julio Anta, with Anta’s fitness and Self-Defense from Miami, Florida and our website is www.antakungfu.com. We are going to demonstrate different angles in a different way the leg kick or the manta leg kick with the rear leg and what we are going to do is Jeanette is going to show us as she hit her leg in her target and I am going to show you the momentum to go around with the kick. Move, hsh, move, hsh. Okay as you can see this is not a roundhouse. This is a leg kick. Boom I hit with my shin and back. I need to rotate, use my hip and think of a baseball bat coming through. This is a round house. This is a leg kick. A little closer hitting with the shin and if I strike I come back and if I don’t strike her, that’s the momentum I need. Baseball swing. Okay , hmh and Jeanette is going to show me the kick both ways and now baseball swinging around. The reason we are showing both ways is that is the momentum you need but if you hit a target obviously your body will not go around. Your body will stop when you hit the leg. There is a nerve coming down the leg so this is a quick way to knock your opponent down on the ground without permanently hurting themselves. I call this the mercy strike. "
