"Hi my name is Julio Anta, with Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida. Our website is www.anta.kungfu.com . We are going to show you now a boxer hit. This is great to avoid in the attack. It is said it is better not to block, not to be there if somebody strikes. Boxers are great at this and as you are going to see Jeanette’s slow motion is going to show and this is an excellent abdominal workout. I swing at her with a jab and she comes under. I swing at her with a cross and she can even strike me if she wants so now we are going with a little bit more speed so you can see her quick motion of her waist, of her hips and of her feet the way they move. Are you going to do it continuous? Turn around here and show them. As you can see she is moving. See her feet. See how she dips? She is not bending her waist much. It is mostly her legs. She is also training her legs as she is doing that and that is a great way to avoid anything. A slot, a punch, any type of strike going under it. "
