Video Transcript

" Hi my name is Julio Anta, from Anta Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida and my website is www.miamikettlebell.com and the next move I am going to show you is call the crucifix and we are going to take it up like all the rest of the moves. We are going to swing it up, bring it to this position, we are going to open it up and from here, we are going to grind it. This is my ballistic slowly. Hold and up, working your shoulders, lats, forearms, arms, most of your body with the exception of your legs including your core or we can go opposite which makes it a little harder and you need a little bit more coordination or back to the way we started. It is really hard on your shoulders keeping them up here. It’s like static training on your shoulders while you are pumping up the forms, getting an excellent grip. This is great for any sport including football, marshal arts and you need a strong grip. Baseball for your body gives you a lot of power. Strong handshake, really feeling it in my shoulders, forms now. As you could see, it is not an easy move. You could do it a lot lighter with higher reps but it gives you a great pump in your forearm, gives you a lot of strength and stability in your wrist. Once again, this has been Julio Anta, Anta Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida. My website is www.miamikettlebell.com and I want to thank you on behalf of Expert Village.com."
