" Hi my name is Julio Anta of Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida and my website is www.miamikettlebell.com and the next move I am going to show you is another forearm move. It works the rear of the forearm I call lever lifts. You can do it with both hands at the same time. You can see side wards I am going to push up and bring it down. Up and bring it down. I can make it a little harder bring you all the way back or I can work one arm at a time. Here, up and down. See how it goes up and down. It’s working. You can see the forearms are starting to pump up, giving me a grip. Don’t want to let it go. Got to squeeze tight up and come up. Squeeze that forearm tight. Now making it harder bring it back. Squeeze tight and down. You can do it fast like the drumming; up and down, up and down. Especially when you get tired, you get a good pump or you could do it for the grinding move. Hold it and bring it down. Hold it and bring it down. Excellent forearm, hands, fingers and rib training. "
