" Hi my name is Julio Anta from Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida and my website is www.miamikettlebell.com and the next move that I want to show you is the swinging circles. You already did the beginning of it and swings come back utilizing your entire body and swing but remember again that I am doing it slow for instructional purpose. Everything is smooth, fluid and fast. The move is going to include a complete circle around for more circular strength and conditioning of the shoulders. So I swing, bend my legs, come back and circle out and turn and back. Continue my move looking like you are going to throw something out but keep a grip on so you don’t loose them. Turning your torso, stay focused on it, bend your knees a little bit and then we can go to the other side. We come to get both sides even. Circle around and behind. Circle around and behind. Looking at it also working your obliques and intercostals and your abdominals as you turn your body. Complete body workout. Circle and back. Circle and back. Circle and back. So as I was saying shoulders are very important. Don’t keep them tight. Relax the shoulder, relax the body. No tightness. "
