You already did the first part in the swing. It is a swing. Tri suppress. This is more of an isolated move but using your entire body you will bring it up instead of just isolating totally the triceps. So what we are going to do is our basic swing. Watch it again. Swing. Now we are going to add a tri suppress as we do it. Swing. Tri suppress and swing back down or if you just want to isolate like in barbell training or body building, you could swing to get it up and from here do your tri suppresses. Up and this also works your wrist and forearms because of the stability you need to do. But let’s do it to make it a functional move, let’s do it together utilizing the entire body.
