" Hi my name is Julio Anta from Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida and my website is www.miamikettlebell.com and the next move I am going to show you is called stirring. You could either grab both Indian clubs in your hands or just one. Again, 3 fingers on the stem, one on the nub. Come up slowly. I’m going to do the move slowly even though everything is ballistic and fast and you circle it around your head and come down. Look at the way my waist moves, my butt sticks out, my lower back is in a sea curve, head is up, shoulders relaxed. You do like this you are going to hurt your shoulders. So watch the move correctly and I will demonstrate it again slow. Circle and stir. Some marshal artists do blocks like this like you are blocking. Come down, waist comes down with the momentum and continue. It’s almost like a lasso cowboys used to swing. Make your body go like that. Bend the legs. You go to the other arm same thing. Come around, stir. Stir it around and that is an excellent. Most of these moves are but that one in particular is working those rotary cuff muscles to strengthen your shoulders."
