" Hi my name is Julio Anta from Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida and my website is www.miamikettlebell.com. The move that I want to demonstrate now is called the pendulum. This is a great move for flexibility against circular strength training. What I am going to be doing is a pendulum move. I am going to come up, look at it and back. For instructional purpose on stopping, I really don’t stop. Just start swinging, momentum. Actually you see my legs moving a little bit and my hip to the sides and then I can make it a little harder or little bit more flexibility I can go back, pendulum back. So this is a back pendulum and this is a regular pendulum. I look at it keeping control using my fingers pointing for more control but the other two fingers are on the stem and my pinkie is on the little knob. I go up and down and you can do a lot of reps with this. Great for rehab on your shoulders if you have injuries; athletes we get a lot of injuries in our shoulders. This is awesome. And all the way back to the rear pendulum. "
