" Hi my name is Julio Anta from Anta’s Fitness and Self Defense in Miami, Florida and my website is www.miamikettlebell.com and the next move I am going to show you is called the squat snatch. What we are going to do first is you got to master the regular snatch that we did earlier. Now when you master that now we could get a deeper leg work out that more advanced. Remember the grouping, 3 fingers on the stem, one on the nub. I’m going to swing and as I swing I squat down, come back up, swing, and squat up. You got to balance it, works the forearm, the wrist, the shoulders, the chest, the lats, your core muscle and obviously it works your legs as you are squatting. This is a great move for any sport as you can see my weight is in my heels as much as I can even though they come forwards sometimes. So as you can see this move is a great aerobic and anaerobic move as you can see I am already huffing and puffing a little bit. It is great for any sport especially contact sports for your shoulders and to strengthen your legs. "
