"Okay now what we're going to do guys - You got to see some of the V-stepping in action, now what I want to do is I want to go back to some spinning stuff, some more stationary stuff. What I'm going to do is I'm going to show you one combination, another and then I'm going to put them together to show you that you can really take these combinations and throw them back-to-back, front-to-back, however. It's as long as you're comfortable with them. That's why you've got to practice them as much as possible, on both sides, forward and reverse, both hands, so that you can do stuff like this. So the first thing we're going to go through is just we're going to start here, like we did our horizontal, behind the back. So go behind the back here, with our grab thumb-to-thumb, up in front, and instead of just coming to here, we're going to use this rotation and go into a wrist roll -one-handed outward wrist roll. So we start here again, we come around and we wrench here. Notice you try to keep everything nice and level. You don't want to be here and moving your body around. You want to make it look like the bo is moving around you, not you contorting to the bo. This is one of those combinations where you need to make it look like you're not moving at all, the bo is just flying around you. So you start here, around, wrist roll."
