"Okay guys, now what we're going to do is we're going to combine those a little bit more, only taking out some of the extra strikes. So what we're going to do is we're going to start off in our punch, like we started our 360. We start here and we start like we're going to do our 360, only now when we come to the side here, we're going to turn this hand over. Come here; turn your left hand over so your palm faces you. One more time here, faces you. So now what we're going to do, how that applies is we're going to do the horizontal behind the back like we covered before. Come here, we step into our V-step and we come around. Only instead of grabbing together here we're going to grab long because we're going to do a baseball swing, like this. So we'll go over that again here. We start our punch, we go around, we turn our hand over and we stop. We grab a little long, up above the head this way, baseball swing, step, punch. Okay? So we come here, around, grab, baseball swing, punch. You want to make sure when you're doing that, you want to try to make it as smooth as possible. I know some of these movements won't feel comfortable at all when you're first doing them. But you want to make sure you practice them, and I promise they'll feel better."
