"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Julio Rivera. And I'm Ricardo Belad. And we're here at Premier Martial Arts in New York City showing you Israeli martial arts. So now we'll do a bear hug with my arms free. A couple of variations on this. So from there, again, I can still head butt, hit, hit to the groin. And a hit to the groin is always good. When in doubt, hit to the groin. Now I'm going to step to the side so his leg is within between my legs. I'm going to reach down, grab his leg, and just yank it up. Out on the street, I'm going to stomp down on his knee. His knee is done. He's not going to be able to chase you, that's for sure. Back up. Grab again, I'm posting my weight in case he wants to pick me up. Stomp, hit to the head, I step to the side, grab that leg. If I can't reach the leg I'll grab his pant leg, and pull that leg up. Doesn't take much at all. From here, I'm slamming down on that knee. Very easy to do a knee bar from here. I'm not going to drop to my side, I just want to escape. Slam down, and I go. Let's try that in real time now."
