"Now what we're going to do is we're going to combine the two with the overhead out to the V, and our 360 line with the V-stepping forward. What we're going to do is we're going to start off to a 45 and then move straight forward, so we're going to eliminate that side out to the 45 and the left. So we start here and we hit here. Come overhead, and instead of going out this way, we're going to go straight forward. We hit our shuffle, punch, and now we're going to do our 360 punch. Come here, step back, step, punch. Now what that's going to do is that you hit a position here, you come here, you take off in another direction, and then you stay in one place again. This is a combination you can do pretty close to the judges because you cover very little room. I can stay in a small circle here. Here, come forward one step, back one step. I cover very little amounts of room. When you're dealing with a ring that's only 10 by 10, as opposed to a 16 by 16, you've got to take in under account that you have to take up less space, so make sure you practice this V-stepping stuff a lot."
