"Okay guys, now what we're going to do is we're going to apply the straight line V-stepping. What we're going to do here is called "360 Punch." So we start from our punch first, right here, and we apply that stepping. So we start our 360. Remember we wind up here, and we start our spin. We step back and then we finish our spin. We step out with the left and punch, so we're ending twisted, this way. So we do that again here. We start our spin, we step back, step out, punch. Punch still applies the same way, except for that now you can't get your hips all the way over, so this is going to be a little bit more square. Again from the beginning here. Bo is out at eye level, shoulders are nice and square, my wrist is over, my hand is down at my waist. I start my spin, I step back, I step out. You want to try to make that all stop at the same time. You're here, here. And that's your 360 punch."
