"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Julio Rivera. And I'm Ricardo Belad. And we're here at Premier Martial Arts in New York City showing you Israeli martial arts. Now we'll show a variation on the choke when you are prepared to engage your opponent. So he's choking. Again I'm going to strike to the groin. From here--now he's leaning forward. I can come up straight into his nose, hit, I'm going to grab in a side clinch, right over. Now as I clinch it's very important for me to push his head away with my elbow. Now, I have a tight grip here. I don't want him to let go, because I'm engaged. Right, I want a piece of this guy. Now, with my right leg I'm going to shoot my leg back to prepare to throw a knee. I throw that knee to the groin, there. Another knee to the outside of the leg, and one more knee back to the groin. Now I'm going to take him down, tiny space again, right in front of me, and strike. Again. So we're here, I'm striking to the groin. Now, I'm maintaining control here. Strike. He comes forward, right into the nose, now my hand goes right through him, goes into a clinch grab, and as he pulls I push his head away, holding on tight. Step back, knee. I alternate my knees. I don't want him to know what I'm doing. Knee again. One more time, knee. My left hand goes under his arm, and I push down and strike. Now let's try that in real time."
