"On behalf of Expert Village, I'm Julio Rivera. And I'm Ricardo Belad. And we're here at Premier Martial Arts in New York City showing you Israeli martial arts. Now, to escape from the front when you are ready to engage your opponent. He's choking me here. The thumbs are very weak on the hand, so I can always escape going against the thumbs. I'm going to grab on here to the wrists, pull back, and as I pull back I'm going to come forward with a groin kick. Right to the groin. Now I come in from here with my elbow into the neck. From there, I get him into a clinch, knees, and then a take down in a tiny space. As I said before, Israeli martial arts, tiny space. It's not a big throw. And snap, strike, and my opponent's down. Back up. So when breaking the grip I'm pulling to the sides with the hands. It's not a precise wrist lock as we may do in jujitsu, it's kind of just grabbing the hands here and pulling the wrists to the side. As I pull I lunge forward, leaning back, and my leg goes right between his groin, strike, and get into a clinch. Now, in real time."
