"JUSTIN VAN ZANDT: My name is Justin from the YMCA on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to teach you how to heelflip. A heelflip is opposite of the kickflip, so instead of flicking your foot, you're going to flick it the other way with your heel. And you're going to start by putting your back foot in the middle of the tail like this. And your front foot is going to be almost all the way on the board with your toes hanging off so that you can get your heel ready to come off the board and flick. A good tip while we're learning the heelflip is when you're popping and flicking, you want to make sure that you're just flicking with your leg and you don't throw your whole body with it or else you'll land in front of your board, and your board will be behind you, and you won't be able to land on it, so you want to make sure that you flick with just your leg so that the board stays underneath you and you can land back on it."
