"JUSTIN VAN ZANDT: My name is Justin from the YMCA on behalf of Expert Village. In this clip, I'm going to show you how to half cab kickflip which is a mixture of your kickflip that you learned and your half cab which is a fakie 180. Your first step is going to be setting up, and you're going to start rolling backwards, and put your back foot in the ollie position and your front foot is going to be in a kickflip position like that. And you start rolling backwards and you wind your shoulders up. When you're getting ready to pop, you want to just throw a fakie and you're going to start just throwing your shoulders so that your board will get a 180 while your flick gives it the kickflip motion. And so, while you're coming backwards, you pop through your shoulders and flick and these all set your board in motion."
