"Hi, I'm Karun. I'm the Head Instructor of Brazilian Jujitsu, the Academy of Martial Arts, and today I'll be speaking on behalf of expertvillage.com, on how to do an Arm Lock along with some continuations also. Another common grip that people will use, it's like that with the fingers. O.k. It's also a pretty strong grip, and here we have a couple of different options of how we want to continue and get our Arm Lock. One of them is the continuous draw, back, I increase my position, get more secure, get very tight and close to him, I don't want to offer any space at all. And, I'll kind of latch onto his arm, lean back using my body weight creating continuous pressure so he's, his muscles get used to pulling back and resisting in this direction. And, then I change quickly and his muscles, it doesn't offer him time enough to recover. And, then I continue with the Arm Lock. Once again, this is Karun, thank you for watching these techniques on behalf of expertvillage.com. If you need any more information, you can reach our website at sabjj.com. Have a great day!"
