"Hi, I'm Karun. I'm the head instructor of Brazilian Jujitsu at the Academy of Martial Arts, and today I'll be speaking on behalf of expert village.com., on how to do an arm lock, along with some continuations, also. We're going to start in this situation, from the top mounted position. I'm going to press on my opponent, creating pressure, to try to evoke a response, of him pushing up. He's going to push me up. I'm going to use this to lighten my weight, and advance my position, as he pushes. I advance my knees above his head, changing my facing, perpendicular to his body. My other leg comes up, underneath his arm. I want to push down with my hips, and be directly on top of him. I want all my weight centered on top of him, and I want to try to avoid, sitting off to the side. I want to maximizing my own pressure, that I'm placing on him. I'm going to hook his arm with my arm. I'm going to grab his belt, and then slowly, not offering any space, I'm going to bring my leg over his head, and I'm going to drop back, facing his hips. His thumb has to be up. I'm going to squeeze my knees together, and apply pressure, up with my hips, and this is putting pressure against a joint, ok? Once again, this is Karun, and I thank you for watching these techniques, on behalf of expertvillage.com. If you need anymore information, you can reach our website at sabjj.com. Have a great day."
