The stretch that I like to do when you are home is lift up your foot you can be sitting down and what you can do is push it this way and just hold for 5 second and relax and extend it down. Stretch it for 5 seconds and then relax it. That stretches all the muscles in your calf and then also in your foot so the problem that happens a lot is when when people come in they are like my foot hurts, my ankle hurts, my foot hurts, I need help with it. So what we do we start with massage therapy we start massaging but a lot of times the problem is in the calf your leg muscle. What we do is we start our hand work here and stretch all these muscles out cause every muscle is connected somewhere together. So we stretch the calf muscle and then we come down and stretch this. "
