So what I'm going to do is start at the heel and I'm just going to do like a circular motion just kind of relax the heel. Stretch out the muscles, all the tension that builds up and then even if you do wear proper shoes with the right padding and everything like that you still use your feet all day walking, sitting, standing. So with that it is really good give them a nice little stretch, 10 minutes is all you have to do 3 times a week, it does not have to be Monday, Wednesday, and Friday kind of thing you just kind of do it with your schedule how much it allows. But I would say a minimum 3 times a week."
