"Hello my name is Jinilee Reavis and I'm a message therapist here at Veronika's color and salon spa and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village. One thing that everybody takes for granted is there feet unfortunately wearing high heel shoes, wearing sandals, not enough solo padding, and one thing that I recommend is stretching your feet at least 3 times a week like your hands you can do at the same time. Stretch your hands and then stretch you feet. Because we use our feet all the day time and if we don't take care of them it will cause problems in the future so to start right now would be a good time to just stretch them, release the tension and that way it would help you in the future not having any feet problem and anything like that. "
