" Hi! This is John on behalf of Expert Village. Now, we’re going to be talking some stances that you can use in your paint ball games. First would be the standing. You can use this to advance or do charges on your enemy. Next would be kneeling, where you will need to kneel down on your knees. This works really well to get behind bunkers or obstructions to protect you. The next one would be prone. Here you will be getting down on your elbows and your knees and crawling. This is where you want to keep yourself as low as possible. You do not make yourself a target for the opposing team. I have used this one before, it can help you make yourself invisible just about, especially if you have a cover around you."
