The rounds it uses are 22 long rifle. It is solid point or hollow point. These happen to be high velocity rounds that I use for target shooting or small game control. Most people do not think the 22 is capable of very much. The 22 has killed thousands of people all over the country. It is a powerful weapon. If used in the right hands, can be very devastating. "
