"What I will be showing you now is mounting BC to the tank. This is all done in steps, this is the first step that you will do as you prepare for you dive. Put the straps on like this, cinch it back tight so it will stay in the harness. The next step is you’ll mount the regulator to the tank itself, we’re going to mount the low pressure hose to the buoyancy compensator of the BC, slowly open your valve and check your second stage to make sure you have air. Also check your gauge to make sure the right amount of pressure is in the tank, in this case is 2600 psi. "
