"Greetings! My name is Grand Master John Le Grand otherwise known as the Phoenix Sensei. The name of our system is Lost Legacy Systems, University of Mixed Martial Arts. We are located in Coconut Creek, Florida. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how to become a Mixed Martial Artist. I am going to demonstrate a leg locking technique. Amy, if you will stand up please; locking the foot around, dropping this back and drawing the person in. From here the option to stand up, leg lock is available. You can lock the lower back. You have joint locks with the knee and the ankle or if the person’s flexibility permits, you can in for chokes. Do it a little bit quicker. "
