"Now we are going to demonstrate a series of techniques while grappling. From here I am going to turn it over to Mike. All right, I am going to demonstrate a basic throw into an arm bar. So I am going to use Damien here. We are just going to do a basic throw. I am going to choose a hip throw. From here what I want to do is step across, lock this back leg so the arm is tucked before I hit the ground. The option to break the arm before you hit the ground is also available. Here close to the body. I’ll do it a little quicker. So the throw and in particular is not what's important here I am just going to do a random throw, arm bar. One more time. I’ll do a different throw here, lock and lay back."
