"Greetings! My name is Grand Master John Le Grand otherwise known as the Phoenix Sensei. The name of our system is Lost Legacy System, University of Mixed Martial Arts. We are located in Coconut Creek, Florida. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how to become a Mixed Martial Artist. The other kick I demonstrated was the inside circle kick otherwise known as the tornado kick. Some people call it the butterfly kick. That one is you step over with your lead leg normally. I’m sure exactly how Mike is going to do it. Usually he would step over, turn your head and your body first, brings your other leg around landing on the opposing foot delivering an outside inside crescent kick. This technique is also effective with the timing of the kick because it throws the opponent off. They are not sure of the timing of what you are going to do. Normally they are distracted by this leg and you come around that leg. "
