    Video Transcript

"Greetings! My name is Grand Master John Le Grand otherwise known as the Phoenix Sensei. The name of our system is Lost Legacy System, University of Mixed Martial Arts. We are located in Coconut Creek, Florida. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how to become a Mixed Martial Artist. The next kick is the round kick. Mike is going to demonstrate that. Same concept with every kick as you chamber it first. After a while, the chamber becomes part of a fluid motion of the entire kick so he’s going to do the round kick, the rear leg. You can hear the power in the kick; switching. Try it with that leg without hitting me. Up here. One more time and snap it. That’s the pleasing concept of the round kick. You are kicking with the inside of your in step right here or else you can use your chin. "
