    Video Transcript

"Greetings! My name is Grand Master John Le Grand otherwise known as the Phoenix Sensei. The name of our system is Lost Legacy Systems, University of Mixed Martial Arts. We are located in Coconut Creek, Florida on behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how to become a Mixed Martial Artist. There are many various types of kicks you can use in Mixed Martial Arts, derived from many different styles such as Taekwondo, Karate, Kenpo; anything that you want to incorporate into it you can. It is all about the individual. It is all about the artist, not the art. So I will start by demonstrating typical front kick with the lead leg. A lot of times you want to step up, lift it up, kick and snap it back. You can do it fast or slow. The rear leg front kick from the back is also a round kick. It comes from the side like this. A lot of times you strike right in the temple. You can do a hook kick, spinning hook kick. Anything you want, side kick. "
