    Video Transcript

" Greetings! My name is Grand Master Jean Le Grand otherwise known as the Phoenix Sensei. The name of our system is Lost Legacy System, University of Mixed Martial Arts. We are located in Coconut Creek, Florida. On behalf of Expert Village, we are going to show you how to become a mixed martial artist. Training a child in Mixed Martial Arts is not as bad as a lot of people think it is. Usually we start a child off with jumping jacks. With this it pumps up their heart. Directly after that they go to pushup position. It also builds their strength within their muscles. After that, sit ups. They work hard. You don’t want a child to ever feel like they have to give up. We push a child until the child can see the potential that they have. Up, ready stance. Usually, as you can see, we trained the child to a newer image. Notice how I put my right foot forward and his left foot came out. Some children are visual; others, they hear you vocally and others see it mentally. "
