"Next we're going to talk about disc selection and different shots that you can use for different holes. So shot selection on this hole for me is pretty simple. I know that being that I have a long arm, and that I could throw big power, 210 feet kind of makes it a little difficult for me. Because I usually will either over throw the hole, or I will throw the disc into the ground. Which is what we call a worm burner. Just because I'm trying to, I'm not trying, I'm trying to slow my arm speed down. So for me, what I've found, is that on a short hole like this, with very little trees and stuff to deal with, that if I throw a tomahawk with an over stable disc like my monster, I'm able to get the disc. I'm able to get the disc within five feet of the basket most of the time on a short hole, 210 feet. So, to throw that, I've got my fingers inside the thumb track. My thumb is on the thumb track. And I'm going to throw it just like a football. Just like a football, just like a baseball. It?s the same throw. The only key, is that you've got to make sure that when that disc comes out of your hand, it?s at that angle. Over your head and at that angle. So that when you release the disc, it ends up doing a big huge circle and will land right on its butt. Right on its edge. So, pretty simply. Doesn't take much power, just like throwing a baseball. I take a forward step forward. And that's not a very good throw."
