"Next we're going to talk about disc selection and different shots you can use for different holes. All right, right here I've found myself, with my third shot for my par. I'm about ten to fifteen feet away from the basket. Again I'm going to grab my marker, and I'm going to mark my spot and remove my disc. Then what I'm going to do, is I'm going to try to even myself up strait with the basket. I'm right handed, and I throw with my right foot forward. So my right foot is going to be my lead foot. And I'm going to try to line that strait up with the basket. And then what I'm going to do, is I'm going to use my grip, and I'm going to try to aim strait for a link. I don't look at the basket. I don't look at the chains. I look at a single link. I try to focus on that one link, and if I miss a little bit to the left, or a little bit to the right, I'm going to be a lot ok. Because I would have just hit another link. So I try to focus on the center link, the center of the basket. I try to use momentum in my hips. And I try to push the disc forward. I try not to throw the disc like a regular frisbee on the beach. I try to actually bring the disc from down, strait out of my hand, with a flick of my wrist. So, just like that. So, the most important thing for me on that, is remembering that I have to keep the disc flat. Because if I got a head wind or anything, and I'm throwing just a fifteen foot shot, which is par, which is really important. If I don't throw that disc flat and strait, even fifteen feet away, its going to pick up and go. This is a wrap."
