"One of the rules and regulations of disc golf when it comes to your up shot, is that you have to clearly mark your shot. You can't throw the disc twice. You can't throw the same disc. You can't just pick it up and put your foot there. You actually have to find yourself a mini marker. And this is one of the mini markers I got from playing in a tournament. And what I do with this is, I will actually find the line to the basket. I'll set that right in front of that, and then I'm able to pick this up and that's my spot, right there. Now one of the major rules and regulations of disc golf with your upshot is that you have to stay within sixteen inches of your spot. So I've got sixteen inches there I can play with behind the marker. One of the other most important rules and procedures of disc golf is that I have to create and keep my spot right below, behind, behind the marker. If I'm within thirty feet of the basket, I'm not allowed to move my feet or step in front. So, again, one of the most important things with disc golf is to create a spot right behind your disc and try to stay right behind that and find a straight spot."
