"Next we're going to talk about some of the basic rules and regulations of disc golf. So here we are at the typical tee pad. This is hole "7" at Westmoreland Park, Eugene, Oregon. And this is typically what you'll find at most disc golf courses. We've got a concrete "T" pad, with a little rubber bunker in front of us. The most important rule, I guess, is not crossing the line. So, usually most disc golf courses are going to have an established "T" pads for you. Most courses have signs to let you know what you're dealing with. So here we're dealing with a par three, two hundred and ten feet. This hole actually has two different pin locations. So it's important to be able to visualize where your basket's at. Luckily this time we've got visual. We can see the basket. It's only two hundred and ten feet away. So the most important rule is to not cross the line."
