Video Transcript

"On behalf of Expert Village this is Sensei John T. Anderson. We're going to show you arm locks and wrist locks and then we'll show you how to use it as a means of self defense. When he grabs me I can't pull down because if I do he'll drag me to the rear. I have to roll his elbow and his wrist as I drop my left shoulder and step out with my right foot. As I pull this in my right shoulder is pushing his elbow out, my hands rotates and I step out with my left foot. I cannot step out with my right foot because if I do his arm will straighten and he can come around and his arm will not be locked. "
