"On behalf of Expert Village this is John Anderson. We're going to show you another arm lock this is called Ude' Gatami (straight arm lock). Now, we will show you how you can use this as a means of self defense if someone grabs you by the sleeve as you are walking down the street. I'll explain how this is done, if you notice this arm wraps around first I'll pull the elbow out and this hand encapsilate now, I raise my elbow to lock the wrist in these fingers grab your elbow joint, (left hand) this at a right angle grabs the fingers and roll the arm and reteat with the left leg. This can be done very quickly again, as a means of self defense. "
