Video Transcript

"Hi, this Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of expert village I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. Let's cover the etiquette of arm wrestling. We are allowed to intimidate our opponents, we're allowed even to shout and make boisterous gestures at our opponents, anything that helps us gain the upper hand. However, we're not allowed to strike at each other. Sometimes we're not even allowed to yell at each other. Sometimes we're allowed sometimes, depending on the referee, we're allowed to say things under our breaths, because the referee wants to be the dominant order of the match. Let's keep in mind that the referee?s decision is always final. We're in it to win, not to dictate how the match goes about. We have to follow the rules. We can try to bend them, but we can't break them. Let's also keep in mind that as soon as a match is over, no matter whom wins, we always give our hand to our opponent. Let them know that it was a great match, that the best man won, or woman (which we'll get into later) because it's all in good fun and it's all competition. That's the way it goes. To win... for somebody to win, somebody has to lose."
