"Hi. This is Johny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I m going to teach you how to arm wrestle. Okay, but in professional tournaments in wrestling tournaments they have tables that are specifically designed for competition. You?ll have your pads on the ends and you re pegs diagonal from each other. This, this is for each competitor they bring their arms. They re wrap their hands around. If Rich will come over to illustrate this. His hand will end up right here. My hand will end up here on the pegs. This will give us pulling power. Our arms then began to, we start to pull. We begin pulling on each other and my goal now is to make his hand, his arm had that pad. It s right here right underneath. Same with him. He?ll wind up having to put my hand down at the pad. There s also the pole or pegs that are located at the other side of that ends of the table. Where all they do is hold on and all you have are pads here for the opponents to pin each other. Thus all this free range of motion for the match to be concluded. And in closing on the format and wrestling table we have in bars, since we re not in tournaments. In bars we'll need our tables, regular tables and our hands. This is a great method for, for using is pegs or poles to pull on. And the fore arms serve as pads. Thus if Richie pins me, my hand hits his forearm. He s the pad. My arm is my pad and that s how it goes down in a local bar."
