"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and on behalf of expert village, I'm going to teach you to arm wrestle. In professional wrestling, if the hands come apart one too many times, and I think nowadays if it comes apart even once, they'll strap them together. So if you ever get into a dispute with some friends in a bar, instead of fighting it out say, "You know what? I tell you what, why don't we just tie our hands together. This way no one can get away from each other and we end up pinning each other, or having a real arm wrestling match. Just remember, there are no pads here for you to beat your opponent wit in a bar. In a bar all we have are the forearms. So at any point, even if Richie's fingers are like this and he doesn't think he can lose because his hand is not in the right position, if even a finger touches my forearm, he's lost the match. That's all I need to do. It could be... we could lose our position, in any way. It could be any part of your body. If I hit your arm right here, just because I won?t let my wrist hit your forearm doesn't mean I cant lose because of this. This is a technique that cheaters use to keep from losing. But the rules are that if my fingers touch any part of his body, he's won the match."
