"Hi this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. OK. That's about tempo. Referees can say ready. It can take 10 seconds / 10 hours, if the referee doesn't say go you don't go. Anyone who jumps it is disqualified or fouled, or no the match is just simply void because there's no real violation at that point. We simple want to pay attention to the ref. If the referee says your elbow's on the table, you get that elbow back on. Anything the ref tells you, you've got to pay close attention. You keep defying that ref the match is void. At anytime during the match, you will be fouled if you open your hand and slip away from your opponent just to keep from losing the match. You will be fouled. You must never, ever touch your opponent's body with your hand and break his momentum. This will also result in a foul."
