"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of expert village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. Alright, let's touch on the rules of arm wrestling. I'm going to need Rick to come on up and demonstrate this. Before any match gets started, the opponents must be facing each other squarely, shoulders to shoulders. Before any match can get started, that's rule number one. Also, another rule would be this: if Rich came down and decided to arm wrestle with his shoulder. It's not allowed. He cannot use his shoulder. He cannot have his fist up against his shoulder, as such, just like that. It needs to be at least another fist distance away, another fist length away. In other words, let's keep this all arm power, like this. If we start leaning, this is no longer legal, and the match is void."
