"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York city and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. So we're going to start now and Richie you are going to pull and remember all those techniques I just explained. There we go. There goes Richie. He's pulling hard, he's going for it. He's got to bend that wrist. Come on Richie, you can do it, come on. He's doing, he going for it, I can feel the pull of my opponent's power now. He's got me easy, that's the thing, here, you know? Your mental attitudes also, don't ever give up, always pull, always pull, you never know when your opponent's going to get tired or give up. The idea is to keep pulling and let go, or don't ever let go. Now is a good time to start squeezing with the last two fingers in your hand. This helps break the strength in my wrist. That's when I start doing the same. And we start pulling, and Richie you've got to pull my man. Breathing is also essential, this is another type of exercise so we want to breathe in before exertion and breathe out as we pull. So we breathe in, and breathe out. And pull, pull, pull, pull, and Richie's gaining momentum here, he's doing it. Come on pull it Rich! That's it, come on, don?t give up my man! He's doing it! He's getting close! It's almost! Jesus! This will be my first loss."
