"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on /behalf of Expert Village I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. Positioning. We have here two different styles. Every time the match takes place. Different match means two different styles are going to conflict with each other. Richie has his wrist straight, and I've seen competitors with straight wrists all the time and I'm trying to get my wrist bent and he's trying to keep his wrist straight. And we're positioning and end up positioning our fingers and we pull away and we're just never happy until the referee, if we do take too long, the referee does have the right to decide our position, the way we position our hands and what technique we are going to use. The other thing, your elbow. It's going to hurt. If there is no pad, if there's no pocket for your elbow, it's going to hurt. Take the pain, baby, without it, there's no game."
