"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. Here's another important stretch. This is valuable in also developing your anterior rotator cuffs. And your chest and your forearms and your biceps. You can start off like this. This is what you look like in the front position. And we bring our hands back and meet them behind us. As we have our hands clamped together we want to bring our shoulders way back, lift and go as high as you can and hold it. You can hold it for five seconds at a time depending on your duration. This develops stamina. We want to be able to always relax during each stretch. Remember always breathing before the actual rep and breathe out as you end the rep. This is essential. In through your nose and out through your mouth. Nice and easy, no rush, no hurry, just take your time and your body will improve in strength."
