"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. Your doorway is your best friend when it comes to stretching your rotators, your pecs and your biceps and your forearms. What we do is, here is a nice doorway, this will work beautifully. What I'm doing is grabbing on the other side of this doorway, I'm grabbing it like this with my fingertips. Very easy. Making sure that my elbow can rest like this, close to my body, my arms more or less straight. You want to pull on it slightly. Nothing strenuous, letting your fingertips hold on to that, to the end of the door frame. And you can feel the pull of the entire forearm. See how relaxed my body is? I'm not tensing, I'm letting my knees go, and I just pull on it. Making sure that I breathe in and out and then I pull ever so slightly. We want to make sure that the tension is there so that the stretch is effective. Then we gently turn our bodies, nice and slow and lean this way. You can put your arm out to help you, help guide your direction of the stretch, of the lean. This helps stretch your rotator now. This is the anterior of your shoulder and it helps prevent injury during arm wrestling. Because again, your rotator cuff is a very serious area to injure. Then we turn this way and now we are stretching our chest. Everything has it's purpose in this type of stretch. This will help develop strength."
