"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. Push ups are a great way to develop upper body strength and for cardiovascular improvement. This is a great exercise any athlete will tell you. Great for warm ups, great for strength training. You want to get down on the ground, keep your toes pointed, legs together, hands about just a little past shoulder width. Not too much, maybe, shoulder width at least is what they should be close together. Fingers can be, you can also opt to do this. This I find very effective in isolating triceps and my pecs. Okay, fingers slightly inward, and we go down, keeping form at all times. Do not touch the ground. See the space between me and the floor? This is a cool thing. Keep complete form at all times. And try to visualize bringing your butt up in the air by itself as you do this. Breathe in, and out, in and out. You do this several times, try to break thirty, try to break forty, try to break fifty and so forth, each time. Then we'll get into stretching after all this."
