"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. One I do recommend, is let's pretend these are dumbbells. And if we are going to develop our rotators and shoulders we should keep our elbows bent like this, have two dumbbells like this, at our waist. Elbows bent, knees slightly, give your knees, don't lock your knees and of course, you palms facing you. Take the dumbbells and go up, nice and slow. No exaggerated motion, this isolates the interior and anterior of your rotator. That means the inner and the rear section of your rotator cuffs. That's what makes up your shoulder, there are three parts of your shoulder. The first is the anterior, interior and posterior. You want to develop, this develops. Did I say anterior? I meant this develops your posterior and interior rotators. Sections of your rotators."
