"Hi, this is Johnny Rambo of New York City and today, on behalf of Expert Village, I'm going to teach you how to arm wrestle. There may be some of use who aren't ready for certain exercises because, we're not all professional arm wrestlers. Or veterans for that matter. This exercise that is very popular in developing the rotator is all about being stationary and this develops great stamina in the rotator. However, I feel that it does create a lot of injuries, it promotes, it provokes injuries where, because motion is not a factor here. I believe that motion develops strength and this is just too tense from the beginning. This is a good exercise if you are very well delved in the arts of arm wrestling. But for a beginner, if someone starts telling you, you should start doing this, it's just not a very, I'm not too keen on it. And I've heard of guys developing spurs in their shoulders all because their tendons were not developed enough to handle this kind of exercise. So this is sort of a "no" for beginners and for the average Joe, I don't do it every day myself, so."
